GET INVOLVED
Non-Monetary Support (in-kind donations)
Not all giving comes in the form of money. Non-monetary support—often called in-kind donations—includes gifts of goods, services, expertise, or time. These contributions are vital to Hope on the Row because they lower costs, stretch limited resources, and allow us to serve more of our Nashville neighbors with dignity and care.
Goods: Food, clothing, hygiene items, blankets, backpacks, office supplies, vehicles, or equipment.
Services: Professional skills like, accounting, legal guidance, graphic design, photography, videography, marketing, or communications.
Expertise: Pro bono support from specialists, such as a lawyer offering legal counsel or a web developer creating a website.
Volunteer Time: Hours spent preparing meals, distributing supplies, supporting events, or assisting with administrative work.
Facility Use: Donated spaces for gatherings, meetings, or storage.
Intellectual Property: Free use of software, creative content, or other resources that help us operate more effectively.
Volunteer Your Time
At Hope on the Row, volunteers are the heartbeat of our work. Every Sunday, neighbors from across Nashville come together to share food, clothing, and conversation with people experiencing homelessness. When you give your time, you’re not just handing out supplies — you’re building relationships, fostering dignity, and reminding someone that they matter.
